What is Fin4Sight?

Fin4Sight is a cloud AI add-on for SAP S/4HANA and ECC. Five products — AP Invoice Automation, Executive Intelligence Cockpit, Bank Intelligence Cockpit, Access Intelligence, and Access Architect — share one platform. AI runs in the cloud. Postings flow into SAP. An in-SAP review screen lets users take a final look inside SAP if they prefer.

Which ERPs do you support?

SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC are supported today. Fin4Sight is built specifically for SAP — not a multi-ERP platform. The integration uses SAP's standard interfaces, so no custom code or third-party middleware sits in your SAP landscape.

Do I need to start with all five products?

No. Most customers start with AP Invoice Automation — the fastest payback product — and add others as the business case develops. Every product shares the same data model, integration, and platform, so adding a second product doesn't mean a second contract or a second integration project.

How does this differ from cloud AP tools that use middleware?

Most cloud AP tools use middleware. From SAP's perspective, every invoice posts under one anonymous service account — which auditors hate. Fin4Sight is different. Invoices flow through Fin4Sight for OCR and approval. Approvers can review in the Fin4Sight web app, or open Fin4Sight inside SAP for one last look. Either way, the posting happens in SAP under your real SAP user, not a service account.

Is it audit-ready?

Yes, by design. Every step from invoice intake to SAP posting is logged with user, timestamp, and IP. Invoice PDFs are locked at intake — auditors can prove the document was never tampered with. 10-year retention. Postings appear in your standard SAP audit log under the actual user, not an anonymous service account. SOX-friendly, GDPR-aligned.

What if we migrate from ECC to S/4HANA?

Fin4Sight supports both SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC today. The Fin4Sight side stays the same when you migrate. Your AP automation, KPI dashboards, and AI rules carry over to S/4HANA without rework.

How long does implementation take?

AP Invoice Automation typically goes live in 4–6 weeks for a single SAP company code. Adding a second product takes weeks, not months, because they share the same SAP connection. Most customers see their first AI-extracted invoice posted into SAP within the first two weeks.
