Fin4Sight reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, misuse the services, or if continued access would pose a legal or security risk. Termination may also occur due to inactivity, non-payment, or violation of data use policies.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach related to your account.
Access to Fin4Sight is provided solely for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with platform operations. Your usage is subject to fair usage limits, and we reserve the right to restrict access if abuse or excessive demand is detected.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all services are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment must be received by the due date specified in your invoice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. All pricing is exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
Fin4Sight is designed with a stateless architecture and does not retain sensitive financial data. All data is processed in real time and encrypted during transit. We comply with international data protection standards including the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and the UAE DIFC Data Protection Law.
All platform content, code, designs, trademarks, and branding are the exclusive property of Fin4Sight UG (haftungsbeschränkt) or its licensors. No part of the platform may be copied, distributed, or modified without prior written authorization. Usage is limited to what is necessary for accessing and using the platform as intended.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by written request. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused services unless required by applicable law.
